Beef Bolognese Recipe
Ingredients :
Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
Garlic (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Onions (chopped) – 2 whole
Fresh mushrooms (slices) - 200g
Beef (minced) - 400g
Vanilla (chopped) - 50g
White wine - 1 tablespoon
Parmasan cheese (powder) -30g
Black pepper - optional
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Concentrated Tomato Paste - 500ml
Tomato paste - 100ml
Water - 600ml
Method :
1. Add olive oil and garlic into a pot and cook until golden brown.
2. Add chopped onion and cook over low heat until caramelized (20mins)
3. Add beef, cook until half cooked and add white wine and herbs. Add sliced ​​mushrooms and cook until soft.
4. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and water, cover with a lid and simmer over medium-low heat until the juice is reduced. About 20-30 minutes
5. Finally add Parmasan cheese, black pepper, salt and sugar to taste.
6. The pasta can be put in the bolognese meat sauce and stirred evenly, or you can directly top it with the cooked pasta😊
