釜炊き "黑松露腊味饭" Kame-style “ Truffle Lap Mei Fan ”

釜炊き "黑松露腊味饭" 
米 - 半杯
水 - 一杯
腊肠 - 半条
鹅肝肠 - 一条
腊鸭 - 10片
香菇 - 2颗
青葱 & 香菜
黑松露酱油 - 2 汤匙
黒松露酱 - 1 茶匙
做法:
1. 米洗干净,放进锅子。
2. 香菇热水泡发,切片。
3. 加入所有配料和水。
4. 大火把饭和水煮滚到鱼眼泡泡。
5. 把锅盖关上, 小火,  煮6-8分钟。
6. 关火,不要打开盖子,焖10分钟。
7. 喜欢有点焦底的,这个时候可以再开大火焼30秒-1分钟。
8. 淋上黑松露酱油 & 黑松露酱撒点青葱和香菜就可以喇😋
【 English Recipe 】
Kame-style “ Truffle Lap Mei Fan ”
Rice - half cup
water - one cup
Lap cheong - half
Foie gras sausage - one piece
Cured duck - 10 pieces
Shiitake mushrooms - 2 pcs
Spring onion
Black truffle soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Black truffle paste - 1 teaspoon
practice:
1. Wash the rice and put it into the pot.
2. Soak the mushrooms in hot water and slice them into slices.
3. Add all ingredients and water.
4. Boil rice and water over high heat until fish eyes bubble.
5. Close the lid, lower the heat and cook for 6-8 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat, do not open the lid, and simmer for 10 minutes.
7. If you like it a bit charred, you can turn up the heat and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
8. Pour on black truffle soy sauce & black truffle paste and sprinkle with some green onions and coriander😋
